Former Heinz Europe executive vice president Malcolm Ritchie has been appointed chairman and chief executive of United Biscuits Holdings. On behalf of Finalrealm, Amaury-Daniel de Seze welcomed Ritchie's appointment, referring to his "outstanding track record of success in the food industry ­ including the development and execution of a successful restructuring and growth strategy for Heinz Europe". Ritchie takes up the post in September to succeed Leslie Van de Walle who decided to retire following the acquisition of United Biscuits by Finalrealm. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
