Westons is extending its Rosie’s Pig range of canned craft cider with a raspberry & cucumber flavour.
The first extension to the brand since its 2016 launch, Raspberry Roller (4% abv) will hit shelves in mid-April with an rsp of £2/330ml.
The NPD would “help to add further growth to the fruit cider category, bringing in new drinkers across all age groups” said Rosie’s Pig brand manager Tim Williams.
It comes as Westons plans to grow its business to a more than £85m turnover by 2023, having invested around £15m in its infrastructure and capacity since 2010.
The company embarked on a major corporate rebrand in late 2017 to update its look.
