Rude Health has introduced four new products to its portfolio of snacks, cereals and drinks.
Two snacking SKus have launched: Sweet Potato & Cacao Bar (rsp: £1.19/18g), which will roll out to independents from September, and Buckwheat & Chia Crackers (rsp: £3.50/150g), which is available now from Waitrose. It will be in store at Ocado and independents from next month, and from WH Smith in October.
The brand has also extended its range of cereals with Cacao & Vanilla Granola (rsp: £4.99/450g), which is sweetened with honey and cacao nibs and contains no refined sugars. The NPD will be available in Waitrose, Ocado and independents from September.
The final new product is a Cashew Drink, which joins the Rude Health’s unsweetened, organic and dairy-free alternative line-up (rsp: £3.50/1l) and is set to be available from independents from next month. It is 5% cashew, and will sit alongside the brand’s Oat Drink, Brown Rice Drink, Hazelnut Drink, Coconut Drink and Almond Drink.
The latest launches follow Rude Health’s move into children’s cereals in March, in an attempt to offer a healthier alternatives.
”We only use the kind of ingredients you’d have in your own kitchen; nothing artificial, nothing refined,” said co-founder Camilla Barnard. ”We think food should be made out of food, not thickeners, preservatives, colourings, flavourings and other additives.”
