Swindon based convenience store chain Rusts is on the acquisition trail to boost its estate in the south-east.
Rusts operates 11 stores stretching from Swindon in the west to Chelmsford in the east.
The chain is supplied by Londis, but retains the Rusts fascia and branding instore.
Full year turnover is £11m.
MD David Quilty said the company was looking for infill acquisitions along the M4 corridor as well as sites as far north as Oxford and as far south as Winchester and Crawley.
The company is negotiating the purchase of two stores in Swindon and Reading and has the funds to buy a cluster of stores in its trading area should the right acquisition come along, said Quilty.
