Malcolm Wyman, the chief financial officer at SAB Miller, is to retire at the end of August. He spent 25 years with the brewing giant, including a decade as finance chief.
Taking over from Wyman as CFO will be the company’s current European finance director, Jamie Wilson. He will act as deputy CFO until Wyman’s departure.
Wilson has held a number of senior roles with the Peroni and Miller Lite brewer, including stints as MD of the Russian and Central European businesses.
Chief executive Graham Mackay said Wyman had been one of the architects of the group’s “transformation from a small regional business into a leading global brewer”.
He added: “In Jamie we are fortunate to gain an outstanding talent, with a considerable breadth of industry experience, acquired both within SAB Miller and the wider alcohol beverage sector.”
