Sainsbury’s is ramping up its craft beer offer with a string of launches over the coming months.
Robinsons Brewery’s Dizzy Blonde, which was first brewed in 2007, is being bottled for the first time. It will be available from the brewery’s website before going on sale in selected Sainsbury’s stores from 4 August.
The retailer will also be the first to list BrewDog’s new Dead Pony Club beer, a 3.8% abv Californian pale ale (rsp: £1.69/330ml). It goes into 300 Sainsbury’s stores from 5 August.
Meanwhile, Yorkshire- based Ilkley Brewery’s flagship beer Mary Jane has secured a listing with Sainsbury’s from the autumn. The beer will go into 113 North of England stores from 3 September.
