Schwartz has expanded its portfolio with a range of cook-in-the bag seasoning mixes.

The three-strong Bag ‘n Season range, rolling out now, comes in Mediterranean Chicken, Mixed Herb Chicken and Paprika Chicken flavours (rsp: 89p). The seasonings were suitable for pork or fish as well as chicken and came with a bag to bake the dish in, to help seal in the flavour and make clearing up easier, said the company.

The Bag ‘n Season concept was originally launched outside the UK by Schwartz parent company McCormick.

Schwartz has also launched a limited-edition range of summer recipe mixes, including paella and Chicken & Chorizo Gratin (rsp: 99p).
