Natural petfood brand Scrumbles is to make its supermarket debut at Sainsbury’s.
Two flavours – Chicken and Chicken & Salmon – will hit stores nationwide from 10 May (rsp: £6.99/750g).
The duo are billed as containing natural ingredients and “no added nonsense”. They are gluten, soy and dairy-free, making them suitable for “even the most sensitive” pets, according to the brand.
It said they contain one billion live bacteria to “aid digestion, support the immune system and help produce perfect poops”.
The Sainsbury’s listing follows a recent rebrand for Scrumbles, in which it switched up its packaging to a 100% recyclable mono-plastic alternative, along with a “brighter, bolder look and feel”.
Scrumbles was set up by husband-and-wife duo Jack Walker and Aneisha Soobroyen in a bid to tackle their own pet’s sensitive stomach issues.
