Seabrook Crisps has appointed Sam Brook-Chrispin, the daughter of CEO and chairman Ken Brook-Chrispin, to its board of directors, making her the third generation to join the company.
Sam, who is a graduate of Nottingham University, will be involved in NPD, developing customer relationships and acquiring new accounts.
"Sam is extremely confident and creative, and that, coupled with her inherited passion and knowledge of the industry, means she's spot on for helping to keep our business fresh, exciting and ahead of the game," said Ken.
However, Sam was keen to stress that her feet were firmly on the ground. "I've certainly got some big ideas, but for now, I'm keen to learn from the bottom up. I'll be doing my bit on the factory floor, as well as taking in every drop of knowledge and experience from fellow board members."
