Selfridges has launched a range of ultra-premium olive oils that carry the cachet of being made by wine producers from Italy and New Zealand.
“Some of the most famous wineries in Italy, Spain and Greece produce amazing olive oils,” said Selfridges wine & spirits buyer Dawn Davies.
“Now producers further afield are getting in on the act, such as Seresin in New Zealand.”
Available now, the range comprises Ornellaia from Tuscany (rsp: £22.99/500ml) Planeta from Sicily (rsp: £13.99/500ml) Seresin from New Zealand (rsp: £23.99/500ml) Alpha Zeta from Verona (rsp: £16.99/750ml) and Capezzana from Florence (rsp: £29.99/750ml).
