Italian food and wine importer CWF has recruited corporate finance lawyer John Shinwell as corporate development director. He was previously a senior partner at the Leeds office of Eversheds and will oversee a programme of organic expansion and acquisition for CWF. The firm has already made significant investments in packaging capacity at its Trafalgar Winery, Huddersfield. It has also acquired Scottish catering operation Quattro Stagioni in a bid to build its presence north of the border. Shinwell has worked for the past 10 years on venture capital deals, MBOs and MBIs. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
