Vegan mayo, orange tonic water and a kefir smoothie are among the finalists in this year’s The Grocer New Product Awards – our annual celebration of grocery innovation.
The full shortlist is online now, covering categories from adult soft drinks and babyfood to sports nutrition and yoghurt.
It comes after a rigorous two-part judging process that began early this year with consumer testing. That was followed by scrutiny from panels of industry experts comprising the likes of suppliers, food development specialists and journalists/
The winners and runners-up from 147 items across 32 categories across food, drink and non-food will be announced at a lavish lunch on 4 October at London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square, presented by The Grocer’s editor Adam Leyland and a celebrity guest.
