Tesco has expanded Yum - the new brand which made its debut in butters and spreads in July - to include soft cheeses.
Exclusive to Tesco, Yum was developed in conjunction with dairy giant Arla Foods. Four soft cheeses have launched under the brand, joining the five butters and spreads. They include plain, garlic and herb, as well as green pesto and pink & black peppercorn.
The strong black packaging and bold branding would “undoubtedly have great standout” said Arla business manager, James Powell. The range hit Tesco on Monday (22 October) at a promotional price of £1.
Arla said Yum’s performance in spreads was “in line with expectations”.
