Kerrygold Softer butter is to go back into Waitrose after a one-year absence.

The butter will hit 200 Waitrose stores on Monday, rsp £1.80 for a 250g pack.

Rising butter prices forced owner Adams Foods to pull the product but it was relaunched earlier this year after a relaunch and repositioning as a more premium product.

It went back into Sainsbury’s in January followed by Morrisons in March.
