Spar wholesaler James Hall has launched a new retailer training plan.
The Training Academy Programme will include customer service inductions, staff and performance management, fruit & veg training and conversational selling. Accredited modules and short e-learning courses are also available.
“This totally bespoke training will hugely benefit our retailers,” said James Hall sales and marketing director Peter Dodding.
“TAP is open to everyone in a retailer’s team, from owners and managers to supervisors and retail assistants, meaning our retailers can really tap into the potential of all their staff,” he added.
