Finsbury Food Group has appointed Simon Staddon as managing director of its Nicholas & Harris subsidiary, a leading supplier of premium and speciality bread.
He will have complete operational responsibility for Nicholas & Harris and will report to Dave Brooks, chief executive of Finsbury Food Group.
Staddon joins from Greencore Pizza, formerly Hazlewood Pizza, where he was commercial director. Prior to this, he was business unit director of Uniq, responsible for the Marks and Spencer unit, and was also a member of Uniq Prepared Foods’ management board.
Campbell Mitchell, who has been MD for the past 12 months, will revert to his original role of commercial consultant, where he manages Nicholas & Harris’s relationships with its retail customers.
