Starbucks has unveiled an unfussy new logo that does away with the words ‘Starbucks’ and ‘Coffee’.
The revamp – which focuses on the established sea nymph image – reflects Starbucks’ aim to expand further beyond coffee, the company said.
The world’s biggest coffee shop chain will introduce the new logo to products, cups and menu boards in the UK from March 8.
“As Starbucks celebrates 40 years of great coffee, we are moving forward even as we look back, setting the stage for our next chapter,” a company statement said.
