Sundora has made eating its dried fruit more convenient with the launch of a range of fruit snack bars.
The new fruit bars contain up to 97% real fruit pieces with no added fruit pulp and are foil-packed for freshness and shelf stand-out.
The 35g bars come in three varieties: five fruits, date & hazelnut, and raisin (rsp: 39p each). The raisin bar also carries the government’s 5-a-day logo.
Sundora’s commercial director, Julian Richards, said the range of fruit bars was targeted at consumers aiming to eat more healthily and willing to pay a premium for quality snacking products.
“Our research shows that consumers are attracted by the look of the products - which have ingredients you can identify. In addition, the handy bar format offers convenience and is easier to eat on the move than packets of dried fruit,” added Richards.
