Start-up food supplier Sweet Karma is making its debut with a dessert version of the samosa.
The Hampshire-based business, launched by former lawyer Neeta Mehta, has created a range of sweet samosas in flavours including dark chocolate and apple & cinnamon. They will be available in packs of 20 or 50 for foodservice, and in four-packs for retail.
“The samosas have had a hugely positive reaction from testers,” said Mehta.
