Tate & Lyle has formed a Global Food Ingredients Group which will be responsible for global food ingredients marketing and growth opportunities.
Tate & Lyle said that the group, which will be led by Mark White, chief executive of sugars, Europe, would focus on marketing and maximising the profitability of its current range of value-added and functional food ingredients.
