Tesco has revived its Big Clubcard Voucher Exchange as the UK’s largest supermarket continues to ramp up its Christmas offensive.
Between 8 November and 5 December, the retailer will double the value of Clubcard points on targeted non-food items.
Tesco said it expected £50m worth of vouchers to be redeemed, with shoppers taking home £100m worth of products. Clothing, toys and Christmas decorations will all be targeted.
The move is a reprise of the exchange scheme debuted in August, which ran for a five-week period.
“In the lead-up to Christmas, this promotion provides our Clubcard members with a great way to make savings on simple everyday products through to stocking fillers and even those big gifts for under the tree,” said UK marketing director Carolyn Bradley.
“For Tesco, it’s our way of saying a huge thankyou to our customers and, with the broad range of items included, we’re confident this Big Exchange will have mass appeal.”
