Tesco has been described as a lot of things, but "like Depeche Mode" is a new one on Bogof. In an effort to explain the concept of the new Fresh & Easy convenience store format, the blog explains: "There's rock music, there's R&B, there's rap, there's electronica, and there's the music of Depeche Mode. And like Depeche Mode, we're in a category of our own."
Bogof begs to suggest that they are New Romantics, while Tesco are simply looking to make a fast fashion. Geddit?
