Thousands of people enjoyed a taste of Scotland last weekend as Tesco hosted its inaugural showcase of Scottish Food and Drink Producers at the Edinburgh Hub.
At the opening of the event, Tesco chairman David Reid said: "Scotland produces some of the finest products in the world. Today is about raising awareness of this rich diversity and increasing our knowledge of what's available."
Tesco stocks more than 1,000 Scottish lines and last year recorded an 11% growth in sales of Scottish products.
It was also in talks, added Reid, about stocking Scottish products in its foreign stores.
