Tetley Group has made a number of senior management changes to reflect the growing importance of western Europe to its overall growth strategy.
The current commercial director, GB, Nigel Holland, will now be responsible for the whole of the Western Europe business, as well as Great Britain and Ireland.
Ian Bradley is appointed sales director with responsibility for Tetley’s sales function in the UK and Ireland. Marketing manager Andrew Dobson is moving into a development role of account director for the Co-op and Iceland and Ray Duffin will lead the UK marketing division when he takes up the position of marketing controller.
Tetley claims to be the second-largest tea company in the world and the leading tea bag brand in the UK, with a volume share of 24% and has entered new areas, including the speciality tea sector with green and fruit and herbal teas.
