Working with the likes of Waitrose Wine Direct, Sainsbury’s and Tesco, iForce puts its success down to the fact that, of the four million e-fulfilment orders it completed in 2012, an impressive 99.9% were dispatched on time.
And the judges were certainly impressed by the resulting client loyalty rates. In the past three years, iForce has achieved 100% retention.
Championing emerging industry trends like multi-channel click & collect, as well as reverse logistics, iForce saved one retailer £30,000 a year on its wine delivery scheme and generated extra revenue for a rival retailer’s wine deliveries through the sale of returned and damaged wine.
The judges felt iForce had undersold themselves in the past and “hidden their light under a bushel”. Given the multi-channel push by the UK’s leading retailers, the judges added that they felt “very positive” about the future of this business.
