Hot on the tail of Procter & Gamble's launch of Iams, the Pedigree dogfood range has been overhauled to provide customised products for dogs of all ages and lifestyles.
Just like Iams, the new Pedigree range claims to contain antioxidants that can help strengthen a dog's immune system.
The range is now available for puppies, small, junior, and large dogs, and senior dogs. It will be supported by TV and press ads and a direct marketing campaign.
Whiskas catfood has also introduced a new ingredient, Lifecare, to help cats live longer.
