Humdinger, producer of The Fruit Factory brand, has launched The Simpsons fruit snacks.
The Yorkshire-based business, which supplies dried fruit and savoury snacks under brands including Humdinger and Humzingers and for private label, rolled out The Simpsons Fruit Ropes (rsp: £1.99) to Tesco this month.
Pitched as a ‘fruit substitute’ for four to 12-year-olds, each pack contains five 20g fruit ropes that have no artificial colours or flavours and contain 92g of fruit juice in every 100g.
Humdinger also produces other licensed products including savoury nuts under the Guinness, Marmite and Levi Roots brands, and Vimto fruit snacks.
