Indian cooking sauces brand The Spice Tailor has expanded into pickle and ‘Chutnis’.

Rolling into Waitrose this week, the line-up comprises four Chutnis - Green Papaya Mint Leaf Tomato, Garlic & Chilli and Peanut & Tamarind - as well as Mama’s Lime Chilli Pickle (all rsp: £2.89/300g).

“The Chutnis are versatile in fusion cookery,” said The Spice Tailor. “The peanut & tamarind Chutni could be added to pad Thai or chicken stir-fry for an Indian twist.”
