Wychwood is bringing back its Three Lions ale in time for Euro 2000.
The brand became the biggest selling premium packaged ale during the last week of the World Cup in 1998 and the brewer is hoping to do the same again and has given the beer a new look.
Sales director James Coyle said: "Sales in '98 exceeded even our highest expectations.
"It was always our intention to bring it out for Euro 2000, but with England taking the long route to qualify for the tournament we had to wait and see before we confirmed Three Lions."
It is going on shelf now and has won listings in the major multiples.
Three Lions has 4.5% abv and retails at £1.59.
