Ferrero is replacing its spearmint-flavoured Tic Tac with Spearmint Twist - white and mint green sweets of different flavour intensities.
Rolling out from the end of June, Spearmint Twist (rsp: 55p/18g and £1.25/49g) will be backed by a £3.6m marketing spend on the brand, which has grown 12% year-on-year to £24m [Nielsen 13 April 2013].
Ferrero said the Strawberry Fields flavour it launched a year ago had contributed £2.9m to sales in nine months.
