Timothy Taylor’s is launching its newest blonde ale into the off-trade.
Knowle Spring Blonde Ale (4.2% abv) is poised to land on shelf in Booths over the coming weeks, with an eye to expanding further into retail down the line (rsp: £1.99/500ml).
The brew, which rolled out to the on-trade in March, combines English Cacade, Chinook and Minstrel hops, as well as Strisselpelt hops from Alsace, which head brewer Andrew Leman said gave it “floral and grapefruit aromas, spiced orange on the tongue, followed by citrus hop to finish”.
