Tyrrells is expanding its popcorn offering with two new flavours and a revamped wider range.

Sticky Toffee Pudding and Mature Cheddar Cheese will launch into Waitrose on 14 October priced £1.69 for a 75g sharing bag. They join the Proper Popcorn range, which includes Sea Salted, Sour Cream & Jalapeño Chilli and Sweet & Salty flavours.

A refreshed look is being rolled out across all variants with new images and a ‘Less than 100 calories per serving’ flash.

“We’ve avoided coating popcorn heavily as that part of the market is well served we think there is a greater growth opportunity by providing permissible indulgence,” said Tyrrells marketing director Oliver Rudgard.
