Tyrrells is resurrecting packs of its red, white and blue crisps - last seen on sale to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
Previously a limited edition, the lightly salted crisps made with Highland Burgundy, Salad Blue and Lady Rosetta potato varieties are available in 150g (rsp: £2.99) and 40g (£1.29) bags and will be rolling out as a permanent flavour to Waitrose this month.
“We’re delighted to introduce our locally grown red and blue potatoes into our traditional crisp range to deliver a union that is rich in British quality and provenance,” said marketing manager Cath White.
