Malaco, the Scandinavian sugar confectionery brand, is being launched in the UK this month as part of the Leaf confectionery portfolio.
The range of fruit jellies, gums, liquorice, fruit flavoured countlines and bagged sweets became part of the Leaf stable last year when its Dutch parent company CSM acquired Leaf UK and Ireland in April.
Leaf said the range will be supported by an "aggressive" new product development programme this year that has already started with the launch of two products.
Choko Dummies are cocoa coated foam jellies, rsp 10p, while Sour Blackcurrant Dummies are fruit flavoured wine gums, rsp 5p.
Both products come in resealable plastic tubs worth £6 at rsp.
Leaf is also launching Funky Freaks, the latest addition to its House of Terror bubblegum range.
The marbled gumballs also feature one of 20 collectable stickers in each pack.
Rsp: 10p for a pack of three.
