Kerry Foods has promoted Victoria Southern to marketing director for kids dairy snacking.
The promotion follows Southern’s five years working across the meats portfolio, leading the launch of Mattessons and Savagers’ partnership with Robbie Savage after joining the business in 2010.
In her new role, Southern will be responsible for building the Kerry Foods’ dairy portfolio of brands, including Cheestrings and Yollies.
“We are delighted to announce Victoria’s promotion to this key role within our business,” said Bob Carnell, Kerry Foods UK MD. “She brings with her a wealth of experience and will lead the marketing team in the kids’ dairy sector at an exciting time for the category.”
Southern added: “This is an incredibly exciting time for chilled and dairy and I am thrilled to be taking on this new challenge. The kids’ dairy snacking category is worth £428m and there is an extensive opportunity to grow and build the category.”
