Vimto owner Nichols has created a more global company structure to reduce costs and prevent duplication of effort across the business.
Nichols was previously split into three divisions: Vimto Soft Drinks, Nichols out of home and Vimto International.
Under the new structure, Vimto Soft Drinks has been renamed Vimto UK and merged with the out-of-home business, which is fronted by the Cabana, Ben Shaws and Dayla brands. The divisions are also no longer headed by managing directors.
Nichols said the restructuring would make the company more efficient, bringing functions such as finance, supply chain and R&D under one roof. Nichols incurred one-off costs of £1.7m in 2013 in relation to the restructuring.
The changes come in the wake of the appointment of Marnie Millard as CEO last May. She was previously managing director of Vimto Soft Drinks.
