Birds Eye Wall's has announced the appointment of Gaby Vreeken as business director at Wall's Ice Cream. Vreeken succeeds Sharon Gardner. He was previously marketing director for Frigedoc ­ sister company of Unilever. He was also Unilever e-commerce director, Ice Cream and Foods Europe, its European ice cream division of which Wall's is the UK wing. Vreeken's move coincides with Robert Van Leeuwen's appointment as Wall's Ice Cream general marketing manager, replacing Simon Stevens. Van Leeuwen was previously European brand manager at the Unilever Ice Cream Innovation Centre. A Unilever spokesman said that Gardner and Stevens were moving to strategic roles elsewhere within its European ice cream operations. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
