The full list of Gold, Silver and Bronze winners for this year’s Wales The True Taste Food and Drink Awards is now available online.
The awards, first launched in 2002, saw entries from 350 companies compete for a total of 108 awards.
A number of producers, including Llwynhelyg Farm Shop from Sarnau in Ceredigon, Aberdovey fishmonger Gill’s Plaice, Brecon-based Primrose Organic Centre and Black Mountains Smokery of Crickhowell won multiple awards.
The awards once again highlighted what a vibrant and innovative food and drink industry Wales had, according to Elin Jones, Rural Affairs Minister for the Welsh Assembly Government.
“Wales has a deservedly growing reputation for food excellence and the True Taste Awards are a tremendous showcase for the sector and are testament to the outstanding abilities and enthusiasm of those in the industry from field to plate.”
