Wham Bar is set to make a bigger impact from next month with its first new variants.
The bright pink sticky bar, loved by children for more than 20 years for its tongue-tingling effect, is being accompanied by five additional flavours that reflect changing tastes.
Joining the original raspberry variant are strawberry, cola and brew flavours as well as two sour versions, apple and cherry.
Owner Millar McCowan is also broadening the eating occasions of the bar, with each flavour available in mega, standard and mini formats.
The standard 20g bar has an rsp of 10p and the 36g mega bar 20p, while the 4.5g mini bars will be available in party bags of 30 and 50 (rsp: 89p and £1.29 respectively).
Millar McCowan said it would be reformulating some of its other products, including its Highland Toffee bar.
