Delamere dairy has named Alan Whiston as operations director.

Whiston, who has worked in the industry since 1981 for both small family-run and large co-operative businesses, will be responsible for operations, including supply chain and technical, in order to support and add structure to the growing organisation.

“Delamere has an endless energy and passion for great food and sustainable farming which is truly refreshing, and has contracts with some of Europe’s leading dairy facilities,” he said.

“I’m looking forward to developing the brand further, using our trusted partners and suppliers along with new technology. We have an exciting future.”
