William Reed has announced a pioneering new Omnichannel Foodservice Conference to provide insight into how leading restaurant brands are building loyalty and acquiring new customers through omnichannel strategies.
The event, which will be held on 9 November at the Pullman London St Pancras, will combine the cross-market expertise of MCA, BigHospitality and The Grocer.
The goal of the conference will be to examine the technology powering digital ordering, rewards and loyalty, how supermarket partnerships are developed, and future trends and innovation.
It will feature presentations from Snowfox CEO Richard Hodgson, itsu UK CEO Ganan Kanagathurai, and Pizza Pilgrims co-founders Thom and James Elliot.
As Snowfox CEO, Hodgson has transformed Yo Sushi into an international Japanese food group. His presentation will focus on the roles that foodservice brands and grocery retailers can play in delivering compelling consumer propositions.
Metcalfe launched itsu grocery in 2012, and it is now one of the fastest growing food brands in the UK. In his keynote interview, he will discuss his journey in taking the business to this stage and his vision for the future.
Pizza Pilgrims co-founders Thom and James Elliot will discuss their innovative direct-to-consumer ‘pizza in the post’ concept, created during the pandemic.
The event will also feature exclusive Lumina Intelligence data from insight director Blonnie Whist, who will examine consumer perceptions and attitudes around branded restaurant products in grocery.
Further speakers will be announced soon.
