The launch of Grocer TV a new series conceived and produced entirely for the independent grocery market is less than two weeks away.
At 7am on September 6 we go live on Sky digital channel 642 with a half hour show packed with news, views, trading tips, price information and product promotions.
Sonia Young, editor of our sister paper Convenience Store, is in charge of content for the first 12 programmes, and journalists from both The Grocer and C-store are involved.
In addition, major manufacturers including Walkers, Britvic, Pedigree, McVitie's and Heinz are already supporting the new channel, as is Booker Cash and Carry.
The first series will be aired on Wednesday mornings, with two showings between 7am and 8am.
And don't worry if you miss one of the programmes. Grocer TV also has its own web site www.grocertv.co.uk where you can view segments of each programme and check out the deals and competitions featured.
