Oriental wholesaler Wing Yip is selling more than 100 own-label lines on Amazon's new grocery website.
The products large packs for caterers and small packs for consumers were already being sold to customers through Wing Yip's website, so it could use the same distribution network.
There was no cost to Wing Yip to list them on the site and Amazon would take commission on any products sold. "It's early days yet, but we hope our involvement with Amazon will provide a new way of reaching customers," said director Brian Yip.
