Koc moots Migros stake sale
Istanbul, Turkey: Turkish industrial company Koc Holding is considering selling its 50.8% stake in supermarket group Migros. In a statement, Koc said: "Under new management Koc Holding is reviewing all its business units. In this context, strategic alternatives for its retail business unit are being evaluated." Reports suggest Tesco, French retailer Carrefour, Germany's Metro group and Turkish retailer BIM could be interested.
