YF has appointed Sagar Bhardwaj as recruitment director as the fmcg consultancy finalises the lineup of its new leadership team.
With “extensive experience” in team building and talent acquisition, Bhardwaj will head up YF’s recruitment function, focused on bringing high-calibre talent into challenger brands
He joins recent appointments Rob Dixon, Nick Downing and Chris McLaughlin at the consultancy.
YF said the latest recruitment was intended to “strengthen its holistic approach to supporting brands, from strategy to execution”.
“A strong team is the foundation of any successful challenger brand,” said YF CEO Thea Alexander. “And a weak team is the downfall.
“Sagar’s ability to align people strategy with business growth is unmatched. He understands what makes a team thrive and will play a crucial role in helping our clients build the structures they need to achieve their goals. We are thrilled to have him on board.”
Bhardwaj added: “Joining YF at this exciting stage is enormously exciting. This year will be pivotal for many of our clients, and building the right team is essential to unlocking their growth. I look forward to helping our clients attract and retain the talent they need to succeed. If you want to be part of a fast-growing challenger brand, my team should be your first call.”
