Kerry Foods is expanding its successful Yollies range with a new limited edition banana flavour.
The yoghurt-on-a-stick brand, which launched in strawberry, raspberry and apricot flavours in August 2014, is now worth £3m [Nielsen Scantrack 52 w/e 2 January 2016].
The ‘Go Bananas’ variant will be available in Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons from 29 February (rsp: £2/4x25g packs) until the late summer.
“We tested a range of flavours and banana scored extremely well among both kids and mums,” said Tom Willcock, dairy marketing manager at Kerry Foods. “We are continuing to drive momentum with the brand.”
