Young’s Seafood ambassador Malcolm the Cat returns to TV screens nationwide on Monday (18 January) as part of a multimillion-pound campaign to persuade people to eat more fish.
The ad, which will debut during the break of ITV’s Coronation Street, encourages consumers to create the ‘Purrfect’ date night and shows foodie feline Malcolm, voiced by actor Rupert Everett, longing for the brand’s wholetail scampi and lemon & herb tempura battered basa fillets.
Social media activity, YouTube advertising and a campaign website at youngsseafood.co.uk/DateNight will support the ad, alongside weekly prizes of £250 John Lewis vouchers to help create a dream date night.
