Exclusive Mary Carmichael McVitie's Penguin brand is to follow Chocolate Hob Nobs and Homewheat into mini bags with the launch of Penguin Wing Ding at the end of this month. The new arrivals  penguin-shaped mini chocolate biscuits, half-coated in chocolate  come in triple packs of 30g bags (rsp: 59p). Aimed at six to 11-year-olds, they sport letters and can be joined together to make phrases such as Meat Head and Burp Face. A £3m marketing campaign includes an on-pack promotion where children collect codes from wrappers to log on to a Penguin BoomRoom web site where they can play and mix animal noises. Sponsorship of Fox TV's new children's programme Shin Chan and ads in children's press and comics are also planned. New advertising for the Penguin brand as a whole  which also includes biscuit and dip snack Flipper Dippers  hits TV screens on Monday (April 15), featuring the Penguin brand icon looking for fish in unusual locations. {{P&P }}
