Herbs and spices supplier British Pepper & Spice has appointed John Hill as technical director designate.
Hill joins the company from Masterfoods where he was European quality and food safety manager for dry petfood. BPS said that Hill had wide-ranging experience of technical management, having held a number of senior management positions in the ambient grocery supply chain.
Hill said: "British Pepper & Spice is a key player in its sector with a well-founded reputation for excellence throughout its operation and I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead and develop the company's technical function."
