Is there a definable company culture? Tracklements began as a family company the MD is the founder’s son. So there’s a great atmosphere and a sense of belonging.

What’s the training like and what qualifications can I earn? Each individual’s skills are intrinsic to a smooth-running business. From Sam’s know-how in mustard-grinding to Gina’s rapport with our customers, every skill is essential and Tracklements values this, encouraging staff to learn new skills all the time.

What’s your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? The thing that makes us proudest is standing behind our products, because we know each and every one is made as well as it possibly can be.

Are you looking for any people right now and, if so, where? We have quite a low staff turnover and at the moment we’re not looking to recruit. However, we are always on the lookout for enthusiastic, like-minded, talented people our doors are never closed.
